Just going over things that I can be improved or added to the next addition of The Show. I may be missing a few things but here it goes:

1. Player Personalities - This has been missing for a long time. I think it would be cool if a player could demand a trade or ask for playing time. In this year's game, the players never interact with the manager and act as if nothing bad is happening.

2. Real Payrolls/Salaries - Oddly, the Tampa Bay Rays have a payroll up around $80 million if I'm correct. Try about half of that in real life. Also, it would be nice to have real contracts just because.

3. Improved RTTS goals - I hate the goals on RTTS. If you're a pitcher, the goals almost never have to do with pitching, if you're a hitter, all of the goals pretty much have to do with fielding. Correct me if I'm wrong, but shouldn't a pitcher work on pitching and a hitter work on hitting?

4. Add a Create a Team mode - It just may be my personal opinion but I love creating team modes. MLB 09 The SHow is certainly lacking.

5. More realistic things in Franchise - One of the flaws I have in this game is when you trade for a player in real life, the team that recieves the player may not have to pay his full contract. You don't have this option in the game. Plus, it shouldn't be so easy to sign a top free agent. On multiple occasions I would have a real bad team but be able to sign a top pitcher or position player just because I offered him like $.5 more million per year.
